My ‘Secret’ Pasta Recipe :)

Here is my Pasta Recipe.

Cook Penne pasta in boiling water until al dente.

Chop 3-4 cloves of garlic and julienne bell peppers, onions, and saute them over a bit of olive oil.

Cut brocolli and saute it with the onions and peppers. Put in some cut corn too.

Mix in a dash of dried basil and italian herbs.

Toss in some baby spinach.

Toss in the pasta and saute it for a while.

Switch heat to low and then mix in alfredo sauce and a dash of parmesan reggiano cheese (optional).

Stir everything very well and the dish is ready.

For tomato lovers, you can put in tomatoes too.
But I keep Tomato Basil Bruchetta as a side dish or I serve hot garlic bread with tomato basil sauce.

This recipe is great without the Alfredo sauce too…as a Salad.
